Corn Crunches

Have you ever wanted something crunchy without all the salt and oil that comes with corn chips or tostadas? Here’s something fun to try. It’s a perfect complement to any main dish.

Get a package of corn tortillas that have “whole grain corn” as the ingredient. Use a pizza cutter to cut each tortilla in half. Spray front and back with cooking spray and lay on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes. Turn them over and bake another 4 minutes on the other side. Watch carefully since oven temperatures can vary and you don’t want them to turn dark. Enjoy!
