Easy Garlic Hummus

Here’s a quick sandwich filling that’s packed with fiber and protein and not loaded with oil.

Blend in a blender:

1 can garbanzos, drained

⅓ cup water (garbanzo liquid)

2 cloves garlic

1 lemon (juice)

¼ cup liquid tahini

Add a little extra water if you need to in order to make the blender work. Or you can make this in a food processor for a more textured result.

Use hummus as a sandwich filling or as a topping for baked potatoes. Or thin it with a little water and use it as an oil-free salad dressing.
