Hummus Veggie Wraps
Who needs those fast food places? Here’s a quick and delicious lunch idea! Pair this with a crunchy apple and bunch of grapes, and you’ll have a lunch you can eat at home or take to work!
Warm a large whole wheat tortilla in a non-stick skillet and spread generously with hummus. Place strips of vegetables in the center and wrap. I like bell peppers, english cucumbers, avocados and kale. You can enjoy it as is or brown it in the skillet.
