Enjoy this Japanese-inspired sauce with salads, a power bowl, or as a dip for your favorite vegetables!

Blend the following thoroughly in a blender and enjoy!

⅔ cup aquafaba (garbanzo liquid)

¼ cup tahini

6 oz silken tofu (half package)

2 cloves garlic

Juice of 2 large lemons (about 1/2 cup)

¼ cup slivered almonds

⅓ cup nutrition yeast flakes

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

½ tsp cumin

Blend thoroughly in a blender. Enjoy!

Many thanks to Chef Bonny Musgrave at Southern Adventist University who tweaked the seasonings to perfection and who introduced me to this dish!
