Power Bowl

Here’s a simple and delicious way to eat. Minimal prepping. Endless varieties!

Find a large bowl and start assembling the goodies. Start with beans and a whole grain, like brown rice or quinoa. Add a generous handful of leafy greens and a couple of vegetables. Top with a healthy dressing (like Yum Sauce - see recipe for a healthy and tasty version) and a few nuts or pumpkin seeds.

The beauty of this “recipe” is that it’s so easy to prep! Pick a day to get your vegetables washed and ready, your rice cooked and your sauce blended. Then each day, simply assemble the bowl and you’re ready to go!
